✔ No events with walk-in guests
✔ Hotel name & address may not be used for advertising purposes
✔ External guests only with explicit approval (company events excluded)
✔ No waiting area for conference guests – corridors cannot be used as waiting areas
✔ Hotel operations must not be disrupted
